UTC Brasil Leaf Production team participated in the 1st UTC Brasil Leaf Production in Focus + ESG Workshop. The activities took place from the 26th to the 29th of September, on the company’s premises, at the headquarters, in Santa Cruz do Sul. The event involved all employees in the area, from the states of Rio Grande do Sul, Santa Catarina and Paraná, which represented in around 100 participants.
The workshop aimed to deepen and recycle technical knowledge, exchange experiences, as well as develop theoretical and practical skills in a collaborative and participatory environment.
